Resting in God

“Resting in God” is a phrase that points to an inner state of trust, patience, and release. This mandala was created as a reminder that even in difficulty, we can soften into a deeper holding and remember the benevolent order of life.

The Resting in God Mandala

“Resting in God” is a phrase drawn from A Course in Miracles.

It points to an inner state that helps us move toward what we truly seek in life.

The course says that infinite patience brings immediate results. The deeper meaning of that paradox is the ability to rest in a divine presence we trust — a presence we know is working for our good. From that place, patience becomes natural, and worry begins to soften.

In the Kabbalistic teaching of tzimtzum, all of existence contains God, and God is present in everything. In problems and difficulties. In what we long to create, attain, change, and heal. In what we call good and in what we call bad. In everything.

This piece is a reminder that it is possible to let go and rest in God — to relax into what is most essential, and to remember that awakening to this understanding can bring ease and a renewed trust in the benevolent divine order.

This is also where authentic positivity begins: in remembering that life supports us and moves with us, not against us.

The Power of Words

The words we speak affect us because we are always hearing ourselves.

There is a part of consciousness that is constantly recording — consciously and unconsciously, without pause. For that part of us, our words carry authority. Our consciousness listens: are we speaking from lack, or from sufficiency? What we repeatedly say and think is reflected in our daily experience, both in small moments and in the wider picture of our lives.

Our inner dialogue shapes us, and it is often driven by automatic, less-awake parts of ourselves — by unconscious patterns, low self-worth, or simple distraction. In those states, we may use words that do not match the life experience we want to create.

This mandala was created as an important reminder that our world is influenced by our words, and that it serves us to use them with wisdom and awareness.

The mandala invites the viewer to feel the frequency and intention within it, even without reading Hebrew, as it was created through an energetic meditative process.

The Mandala Series

This mandala is part of a printed series of mandalas in Hebrew.

The Hebrew letters are understood here as carrying both frequency and meaning. They were written in meditation, with focused attention on each letter, each word, and the meaning of the phrase, alongside the mystical view that the Hebrew letters are connected with the body, as reflected in ancient Hebrew writings.

The letters are seen as neither purely material nor purely abstract — neither fully of what exists nor of what does not exist. In that sense, they mediate between creation in form and the force of creation itself: the infinite, the sacred, the spirit. They are regarded as holding both the visible and the unseen.

Why the Text Is Repeated Six Times

The text was repeated six times because the number six is associated here with love.
