About Inbal
A personal, inward-facing approach to healing
Inbal Pozner is a practitioner, teacher, and writer whose work centers on guiding people back toward their own capacity for self-healing.
Inner Healing Power grew out of a way of guiding people inward, toward the forces that can help healing reach the root rather than only the surface.
After more than a decade of study and practice in therapeutic work, both inside and outside formal academic frameworks, a self-healing method took shape around inner guidance, embodied awareness, and direct experience. It continues to deepen through writing, research, teaching, and lived practice.
The method in plain English
At the heart of the method is an experience that can feel vivid, dream-like, and deeply embodied while fully awake. The purpose is not escapism. The purpose is to receive guidance from within in a way that feels immediate, personal, and alive.
In practice, the method is meant to help people notice internal patterns, emotional knots, old beliefs, and neglected forms of knowledge that do not always appear through ordinary analysis alone.
A voice shaped by experience
This work is not abstract for her. It is tied to years of self-inquiry, healing, teaching, and building tools that help people support themselves emotionally.
That includes:
- extensive long-form writing
- long-term exploration of self-healing and inner guidance
- teaching and supporting students and clients over time
- building accessible tools for emotional first aid and self-help
Writing, teaching, and creating tools
Alongside sessions, teaching, and writing, she has also created additional projects and educational tools around emotional support and self-guidance, including a Telegram bot for immediate emotional support.
Her work extends beyond sessions: it includes courses, talks, spiritual inquiry, and visual work such as mandala-based art.
What matters most in the work
What matters most here is not only the information, but the direction behind it.
Inbal’s voice is warm, personal, and spiritually grounded, but it is also practical. Again and again, the work returns to the same aim: help people recognize the intelligence that already exists within them, and strengthen their ability to work with it.
